We are happy to report that we onboarded almost one hundred executives from the Banco de Costa Rica (BR) today.

These executives are in charge of the small and medium businesses (SMBs) the bank has as clients – they have more than 200,000 SMBs.

We were able to work with this bank thanks to our alliance with Mastercard.

Getting set to launch the first Mastercard bank

The bank will announce the official launch within 2 to 3 weeks

The launch will include:

– mailings to the bank’s 200,000 SMB clients

– more onboarding of bank personnel

– webinars for the bank’s clients

– media presence

We expect the following from this first bank:

– increased sales from the SMBs that use impakt

– increased use of the BCR Mastercard by the bank’s SMBs

– increased brand recognition amongst our target market in Costa Rica

– we project up to 1,000 clients from this bank over the next 12 months

– improvement in our onboarding and customer success processes
